  I regretfully went to this location even after reading horrible reviews but I needed help and I was close. So I went in with my new phone because I was having technical issues and was " greeted" by a young blonde female who was more concerned with the computer than the customer, I tried to explain the situation to her, now mind you there were two males working as well, one on either side, one was helping two customers the other was just listening to my story, but he never even said anything, well the CSR that was helping me was not even genuinely concerned, I explained these phone was less than two months old and should not be having the problems, and she informed me because it was over 14 days old I pretty much was SOL, very rude. I said I paid $800 for a phone and been with Sprint for 15 years and this is they treat customers new or old?? she did not care, as i was leaving they started running their mouths and laughing right in front of the other customers, this place is a joke. Now we all know that nothing will be done otherwise it would have already, but this is ridiculous and this location should be shut down or a serious revamp! Either way I contacted sprint corporate and informed them of that location, highly doubt that'll make a difference either. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION
