  Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought 2 rocker recliners and had the stain treatment, Crypton, by Guardian. BIG MISTAKE. The chairs are fantastic; however, the Crypton stain treatment is a waste of money. It is advertised that if you get a stain you call within 8 days of the stain and they will come and clean the furniture. BIG LIE. I had the chairs 3 months and 1 CHAIR got a stain.I called on the 3rd day. We received a phone message to call the number and schedule a date. I called and was informed they could not reach us and returned the request to Guardian. I called Guardian, the customer service rep seemed very concerned and caring and I was promissed a call from Rays leather repair. I called them and learned they are in Oregon, 4.5 hours away. They gave Guardian an estimate and was awaiting approval. I have called the Guardian 4 times in the last 4 months (first call Sept 2017) and just get the run around and promises. I still have not got the stain cleaned. Do not bother with the treatment, complete waste of money. You are better off to use Scotch Guard yourself and if need be, clean it yourself. I plan on buying a couch to match the chairs, I still think La-Z-Boy is fantastic furniture, but no way no how will I get the Crypton treatment by Guardian. Just received a phone call in February 2018, saying they are ordering me a new replacement chair, hopefully this will happen. If it does, this review will be removed.
