  My friend lost her keys inside H&M and after back tracking and even going to the mall security and other stores we experienced that other stores treated us better and actually wrote her name down and number if they had heard anything. It wasnt until we went back 2x asking if they had anything the lady behind the counter finally after seeing my friend struggle and in front of another coworker decided to help. I know these people wear headsets how hard is it to talk into the headset and ask if anyone has seen a pair of keys. Thank God the manager had them the entire time.

  I love the clothing they carry, but the sizing is way off. I wear between a 4-6 normally, but today I had to buy the largest size skirt they carry (a 12).., I don't know how many items could really cater to people bigger than me if the sizes differ (for instance, some shirts I get in XS and other a Medium based on size). The sizes are limited and inconsistent depending on the product. When I find my size I love it. H&M check urself
